To serve you better and to ensure efficient scheduling, Olam Med Spa has implemented the following policy for all current and future appointments:

Appointment Policy

A valid credit card is necessary to secure all appointments. To ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment, please arrive on time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in rescheduling your appointment. For detailed fee information, refer to our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

At Olam Med Spa, we have a 48-hour Cancellation / No Show Policy to ensure timely appointments for all guests and to respect our providers’ schedules. If you cancel or no-show within 48 hours of your appointment, a $50 fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

No Refund Policy:

Due to the personalized nature of services at [Your Business Name] and the reliance on client compliance with given instructions, all payments are non-refundable. This policy is strictly upheld regardless of the treatment outcomes. Aesthetic results vary by individual, and while we strive to achieve your desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments needed to achieve their desired results.

If a payment is made but the treatment is neither scheduled nor received within 120 days, the invoice will be closed for administrative reasons. Clients are advised to schedule and receive treatments promptly after payment to avoid this. Credits towards treatments at Olam Med Spa are valid for 4 months from the date of payment. It is the client’s responsibility to use these credits within this timeframe; otherwise, the credit will expire and will not be available for future use.

Treatment Compliance

Importance of the Following Treatment Guidelines: At Olam Med Spa, the effectiveness of our treatments heavily depends on clients strictly adhering to the prescribed instructions and recommended treatment schedules. To ensure the best possible results, it is crucial that clients follow the guidance provided and adhere to the recommended dates for each treatment. Failure to comply with these guidelines may significantly reduce the effectiveness of the treatment and the satisfaction with the results.

Retail: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 7 days for the same product only.

Gift Certificates: No refunds on gift certificates.

Children Policy: While we love babies and children, please arrange childcare prior to your appointment. This ensures a safe and relaxing environment for all clients.

Pet Policy: We love animals but ask that you leave your pets at home during your visit to Olam Med Spa. If you arrive with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our facility. Please leave your pet at home to avoid any disruption or inconvenience.
